The department supports customers three ways. The first is via the 24-hour
phone support line. The second is via Bloomberg terminal, which makes it easy
for our customers to submit requests electronically. The third and latest
method of support is via Live Online Support, part of the Bloomberg website.
By visiting www.bloomberg.com, and clicking on the Live Support link at the
upper right corner, our customers can chat directly with Customer Support
representatives, allowing a more efficient means of conveying terminal and
account data, user information and order numbers.
Sales Campaigns

Customer Support also partners with the sales department to work with our clients on a promotional level.
Our representatives are frequently called upon to act
as sales assistants, promoting seminars on the use of the terminal, keeping
clients informed of new or revised functionality, and visiting client sites to
set up new users.
